For optimal tan, we suggest tanning 2 days in advance for your event so the tan can develop. You will still achieve a nice colour if you do it the day before.

Yes - go to the app, select menu > bookings > select your booking > cancel booking. You will receive a credit for your next booking. If you encountered any issues or are not happy with your appointment and would like a refund, please contact us.

Yes you can book your appointment and go with a friend. You will both need to book an appointment and only have 1 person using the spray tan machine at a time.

Exfoliate and shave the day before your spray tan. The day of your appointment do not use any moisturisers, perfumes, lotions, oils, scents or deodorants that may create a barrier between the skin and tanning solution. You may use them after your first shower.
